The company further changed its constitution to a private limited company known as “Neesu Construction Private Limited” in 7th January 2004 and after that “Neesu Housing Projects Private Limited” in 10th January 2007 was incorporated and both the companies began their life as a civil construction and contracting companies and has successfully executed numerous prestigious construction projects.
